DENVER -- Snow is fun to ski on and it's great material to use to make a snowman, but it isn't fun to park on. That's exactly what residents and business owners are doing in the Uptown neighborhood in Denver.

"It's dangerous," says James Foy, who lives in Capitol Hill and frequently does business in Uptown. "You can't really walk across to the sidewalks anymore because you know you're gonna step in snow and possibly slip."

"What scares people like me (is) we can only go so close (to the curb) because of all the snow," Foy says.

Jacob Daves lives in Uptown and he says he's frustrated and angry.

"I just parked and I got stuck right away," he says.

Daves gives the city of Denver an "F" on snow removal.

"Cause this just sucks," says Daves.

Foy is a little more understanding of the city's reponse: "B, B-plus, because I know the limits of what (Denver mayor Hancock) has."
